Gary Mitchell
Between them, Clare and Gary have nearly 50 years experience designing and implementing HR, Leadership Development and Performance strategies, frameworks and solutions. Both draw upon decades of experience leading teams in a variety of sectors, working in and with global corporates, PE back SME’s, family owned businesses and public sector organisations. They work with an incredible team of Associates, each bringing their expertise to clients.
They worked together in industry and created the first version of Entrust Leadership and have evolved the concept to what it is today. The partnership is based on the shared values of trust, honesty and humility.
The Entrust Leadership model was born from a shared belief that leadership is most effective when it combines deep human connection with healthy challenge.
Clare’s style is warm, practical, and grounded in insight, giving leaders the tools and confidence to lead with clarity, care, and consistency... no matter the circumstances
